Histologischer Nachweis von Targets im Tumorgewebe

Research Group Tumor Targeting

For targeted imaging and therapy of cancer, surface proteins of tumor cells can be used as targets for probes with high affinity and specificity. This approach, known as tumor targeting, involves identifying molecular targets in tumors, developing probes for nuclear imaging/therapy of gastrointestinal tumors, and demonstrating the principle in the whole organism.
